WHAT WE DO
& OUR IMPACT
The Lady Garden Foundation is a national women’s health charity, raising awareness and funding for the five gynaecological cancers. We started in 2014 and initially funded ground breaking research into the treatment of these cancers at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Over the last ten years, the Lady Garden Foundation has grown from the initial campaign to yearly events, education programmes and funding cutting-edge studies.
Leading the way in women’s gynae health:

We are on a mission to educate women and girls of all ages to understand the signs and symptoms of gynae cancers.
University Education Programme -
Through our interactive stall and handy guide, "The Vagina Dialogues," we were able to create a safe and inclusive environment for students to discuss what has previously been seen as taboo topics. In 2024, we will be visiting 20 universities and bringing to life gynae education through year-round on campus activities.

We fund life-saving research to improve the outcomes of the five gynaecological cancers. Since we started in 2024, we have funded innovative gynaecological research projects focussed on improving treatments and quality of life for gynae cancer patients; a cancer consulting room in the outpatient department of the Oak Cancer Centre in Sutton; state-of-the-art equipment, fellowships and support roles.

We improve prevention by driving awareness so that every woman knows their normal and recognises when to take action. Our awareness campaigns are designed to empower women with the knowledge they need to take proactive steps towards their health.

At Lady Garden, we care deeply about education. We have big plans to pop-up across the nation, teaching the importance of knowing your ‘normal’.
